| Discreet Shipping Policy | | |
All orders are shipped discreetly. Your order will be packaged in a plain brown box without
markings and sealed with plain packing tape. We do not place our logo, url or any other
information on the package that could allow anyone to guess the contents of the package. The
shipping label will have a return address of LGI. |
| Who We Use To Ship | | |
We currently use UPS exclusively to ship all of our packages.
We cannot and will not use the US Postal Service. Because of this, we CANNOTship to PO
boxes or APO boxes/addresses. If you only enter a PO box for your address, we will email you
to obtain an alternate address or cancel the order at our discretion. |
| Shipping Prices | | |
The price you are charged for shipping is the actual cost we are charged to ship your package.
We do not collect a profit for shipping your package like most internet sites. Your shipping
charges are based on the destination address. The average price for shipping a package via UPS
Ground is $5.00 and will usually be delivered in about 1-4 days. Other services are available
such as Three Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air.
If you live in Virginia, Maryland, DC,
New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Deleware, or Ohio you should
select UPS Ground for your shipping method as it will usually be delivered the next day (not guaranteed). |

We are not currently shipping internationally (this includes Puerto Rico). |
| Delivery Times | | |
Your order will be delivered based on the service you selected. Tracking information is
usually available within minutes of placing your order (can be longer).
Here are some
average delivery times:- Ground: 1-5 business days
- Three Day Select: 1-3
business days
- Second Day Air: 1-2 business days
- Next Day Air Saver: 1
business day (PM delivery)
- Next Day Air: 1 business day (AM delivery/Depending on
the area you live).
You may also call UPS
after we have shipped the package and have them hold it for you to pickup. |
| Order Cut-off Times | | |
Orders received before 3:00 PM Monday through Friday are usually shipped the same day.
If there are any problems with your order (such as an out of stock item but you have
requested no substitution) your order may be delayed. Orders are pulled based on the
shipping method chosen, so orders shipped Next Day Air will be pulled before orders
shipped Ground. We are almost always able to get all of the orders out the same day.
Any orders received after 3:00 PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business
day. |
| Weekend/Holiday Orders | | |
We do not ship any packages on the weekends or holidays that UPS does not work. Any
orders received on those days will be shipped the next business day. Orders will not
be delivered on weekends or holidays that UPS does not work. |
| Merchandise Return | | |
- DVD
We will exchange any defective DVD for the same item.
- Everything Else
Defective exchanges are handled by the manufacturers of the item(s).
